“the spring gets good when golden pheasant brings good news; people ride fine horse to pursue their dream”. how time fies! 2016 is gone in the twinkling of eyes. i feel so glad that all subsidiaries and majoy suppliers gather here to join this annual meeting. on behalf of the board of directors, i would like to extend a warm welcome to all of you. extend cordial greetings and heartfelt thanks to all the cadres, workers, suppliers, related enterprises and their families who have been working hard for roshow.
the speeches are very good just now by all the presidents of subsidairy companies. president lu has put forward new requirements for all of you. i hope that everyone can adhere to scientific development and finish all the tasks according to relative blueprint. in 2016, facing with complex world economy, based on the background of increasing domestic regulation strength, how to develop enterprise, to rebuild entrepreneur confidence, enterprise momentum and industry development are put on a very important position.
roshow group has a clear strategic positioning and specific goals. through the joint efforts of all staff, 2016 group made the new achievements of revenue of about 11 billion rmb, whose tax should be paid nearly about 0.4 billion rmb. roshow science and techonloyg insits on the princle of being stronger and bigger on real econoly from enameled wire to sapphire, from motor to new energy, from hardware to military software. we not only ptimized the traditional industries, but also to achieve leapfrog development, which formed a larger scale of new energy vehicles, photovoltaic agriculture, military software industry. enameled wire industry also steadily rose.
according to roshow group development layout, its overall direction is to develop traditional industry stably and make capital operation serve real economy. there are three key work: firstly, new energy vehicles from industry to trade union; secondly, photovoltaic agriculture opens up components and is built with power plant construction; thirdly, military industry develops into high-end industry and the forms a new situation of common development between traditional industries and new economic industry.
new energy vehicles are not only made in china 2025 key development industry, but also a national strategy to solve the problems of environment and energy. at present, we have achieved industrial layout of new energy automotive motor, battery, electric control of “ three electric” manufacture in shanghai, jiangsu, jinhua, west city new energy production base. we had successfully put 300 new energy pure electric vehicles into shanghai market last year. which shows new industry’s extraordinary values and meanings.
shunyu agriculture is on comprehensive promotion. pv project in henbei will be connected about in the spring festival. 150 megawatt project is also advancing smoothly which we start to build in 2016 in shanxi, shandong and inner mongolia. our investment’s strength and advance’ rate reach an unprecedented level in clean energy production and industrialization of modern agriculture. in 2017, we plan to add 300 megawatts of new power plant construction scale and shuyu agriculture will form the total size of 500 mw. roshow clean energy will walk on a new stage with stocking new project of 300 mw.
civil military integration is a national strategy. in the military field, our group had successfully acquired tiansheng technology company last year and owned a number of high-tech military personnel, specializing in research and development of new tank motors, simulation technology, radar software. chinese academy of sciences senior academicians inspected our company by himsefl and gave higher evaluation to our manufacturing scale, economic strength, scientific and technological innovation, talent team construction.
kaixin investment company is the main platform for our group capital operation. in the previous stage, we have arranged the finance, legal department to participate in the preparation of two listed companies in advance and try our best to found a new listed company during the 13th five-year plan period..
it can be said that our traditional industry keeps stably moving forward in 2016 with excellent capital operation; our new energy industry has an increasing growth; military industry rises sharply.
everyone, 2017 is coming. i put forward some hopes and requirement about how to focus on energy to consolidate core strengths, focusing on improving core growth, especially developing new energy and military industry.
1. careful layout of the new plate to achieve a new leap in the industry
new energy vehicles and photovoltaic agriculture belong to new energy sector and are key developmental industry during the period of 13th five-year. this year, we must strive for more market share by promoting new energy industry deeply. the new energy automotive battery, electric motor and electric control are not core products but core competitive power. the competition will be more fierce. we must prepare for the price battle.
pv agriculture should seize history opportunity of new energy development. based on standard of international and domestic leading, via roshow’s advantages, we should comprehensively promote the leapfrog development of roshow clean energy by using everyone’s talent and striving for innovation at relative positions with new thinking, new ideas, new technologies and new creation to lead the new normal and achieve a new leap.
2. promote fine innovation management; implement performance appraisal system of accountability
excellent performance management contains manufacturing and management and shows the relationship between efficiency and waste. as a manufacturing industry, roshow’s product innovation and management improving depend on management personnel and team quality, on correct thinking direction to guide. expecially, the main leaders should set a good example for their staff. the production and management should be analysed scientifically, distributed reasonably and assessed clearly. everyone has clear responsibility; enterprise is a team, which should have wolf spirit: clear attacking target; perseverance; do not afraid of hardship; do not afraid of death; never give up if do not achieve the target; enterprise does not need unoccupied person; team do not need lazy staff.
to strengthen the performance appraisal and implement accountability. each subsidiary should accept the full-time management by functional departments. functional departments should take the initiative to participate in various important areas of the production sector and start the work strictly in accordance with technical documents, process document and system documents, optimize and standardize the whole process of production management and develop the new space of production and operation with the excellent performance mode and fine management. roshow has not today’s success if do routine work and roshow will have not future if follow the beaten track. only innovation that can make roshow a bright future in this times full of risks and opportunities.
3. carry forward the spirit of craftsman; cultivate more and better professional talents
“craftsman” is called “ handicraft master” in zhuji, who has superb skills and spirits of constantly perfecting his skill. he finishes the work perfectly that no one can replace him. technologic innovation and striving to be stronger and bigger have foundation and capital because of these craftsman. roshow has best craftsmans, such as wu jinbao and wu mingshen. today, talents gather in our companies in beijing. i believe that more craftsman will appears in this cradle.
we should actively introduce and cultivate all kinds of high skilled talents and management talents, make efforts to cultivate more inter-disciplinary talent and build a good entrepreneurial environment for them. we can seize the commanding heights of the market and form the core competitiveness with heir creative achievements.
finally, i want to say that everyone need new ideas on the backgroud of new economy, new normal, new pattern and new development. we should continue to adhere to entrepreneurial spirits that work hard and are willing to delicate; combatant spirits that constantly strive to become stronger; creative spirits that take action before others and forge ahead; mission spirits that invigorate industry for building our country; professional spirits that are responsible for your work and pursue excellence, which is roshow spirits. in roshow common career, carring forward the roshow spirits and cohering roshow strength need to work hard, to be aggressive and more tenacity. each subsidiary, each department's work should not win glory for a factory, but also for the group.
